Once the lease contract has been executed by all Leaseholders, the application deposit will be credited toward your choice of the following options:
1) Security Deposit - a refundable payment for the purpose of covering expenses for damages greater than normal wear and tear
2) DepositSaver - a one time, non-refundable fee equal to 1/2 of the security deposit. Paid up front, no security deposit required.

Pet Policy

2 pet maximum for each apartment
No aggressive breeds allowed
Pet fee per pet is $200 for one or two pets (non-refundable)
$100 refundable pet deposit per pet
$25 pet rent for 1 pet
$40 pet rent for 2 pets
